Appointments

We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability, especially for specialized treatments. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Call or text either location to schedule.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged for the scheduled service(s). We appreciate your understanding.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for all services and products. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. Gift certificates do not expire. Contact us to purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt, in unopened condition. Service refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please speak with management for any concerns.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and ensure your treatment starts on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.
